Installation requirements, construction, acceptance, use, repair and maintenance of stainless steel water tank

A. Water tank foundation requirements

The geometric dimensions of concrete foundation shall be formulated according to relevant provisions of GB02S101. The height difference of concrete foundation plane is<5mm.

B. Installation, construction and acceptance of stainless steel water tank

On-site argon arc welding by professional welders. The construction site has standard power supply. There is ≥ 500mm maintenance space around the water tank. Appearance inspection shows no rust and pollution: it is qualified if it is filled with water for 2-3h, the box is free of obvious deformation and the weld is free of leakage.

C. Use, repair and maintenance of water tank

When piping, do not apply excessive load to the inlet and outlet of piping. Do not apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes directly to the water tank inlet, and set pipe support if necessary: expansion flexible joints must be installed for expansion, contraction and vibration of welded pipes.

Stamped stainless steel plate welded water tank is made of stainless steel plate stamped with reinforcing rib and welded with stainless steel welding strip. It has simple structure and good strength, and can be used to manufacture large capacity water tank. Because the box body is welded with stainless steel plate as a whole, it completely blocks the sunlight, so it will not breed algae. Keep the water clean at all times.
